I graduated from UNH in 2017 with a Bachelor's Degree in Equine Studies: Science, and having completed the courses within the Pre-Veterinary track. After graduating and taking a gap year, my intentions were to head off to Veterinary School. I applied, toured, interviewed, and even got offered an acceptance at UPENN. Despite spending the majority of my life preparing for that acceptance and the journey which would follow, I had come to have some doubts about the field I was planning to enter. Loving animals the way I do, I could not fathom going into a field where the majority of animals would not be able to love me just the same...I mean really, how many of your pets get excited by the words "vet trip"? After many months of researching, preparing, and finally plunging ahead, I launched Hoof 'n Hound Pet Care, a business devoted to the love and care of animals, from basic care, to training, to aiding in individual medical needs. My background and time spent working within the veterinary field as a technician, has uniquely prepared me for the position I hold now, and my education in training and bodywork is constantly ongoing. I am proud to be the human that your animals come to love when you can't be with them, and proud to be the one who can give you peace of mind while you're away.
